HeHa Ocean View is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily resort and glamping operations, ensuring services meet standards and guest expectations.

The role requires managing front office and housekeeping, maintaining readiness of rooms and facilities, and coordinating with teams to deliver a seamless guest experience. Applicants should have hospitality supervision experience and be ready to work shifts at the Girikarto, Panggang location.

Competenze

• Minimum D3 or S1 in Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Supervisor or Senior Staff position in Hospitality (Resort, Hotel, or Glamping).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to direct and motivate field teams.
• Able to prepare work schedules, oversee operational standards (SOP), and handle complaint management from visitors responsively.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and national holidays; willing to be placed at HeHa Ocean View (Girikarto, Panggang, Gunungkidul).

Ensure readiness, cleanliness, and comfort of rooms and supporting resort facilities before guest check-in

Receive and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally to maintain customer satisfaction

Prepare periodic reports related to operations, room occupancy, and team work efficiency for management

About you

Minimum D3 or S1 education in Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field
