Job summary

PT. Odilia Bintang Raya is seeking a Spa & Wellness Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure the highest service quality at our Belitung spa facility.

You will supervise activities, monitor performance, handle guest issues, implement SOPs, and train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a hotel or resort setting.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Spa, Wellness, Beauty, or Hospitality.

About you

• Previous experience as Supervisor / Senior Therapist / Team Leader is preferred
• Strong understanding of spa and wellness operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Target-oriented, proactive, and responsible
• Well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Experience in hotel or resort environment is a plus
• Fluent in English is a plus
