Job summary

Balinest Villa Management is seeking a Villa Supervisor to oversee daily villa operations in Bali, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and guest readiness. You will coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other teams to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities include supervising check-in/check-out, handling guest inquiries, reporting maintenance needs, and maintaining SOP compliance. Local residency in Bali and willingness to work in Uluwatu are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising villa/hotel operations.
• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Supervise and ensure the daily villa operations run smoothly.

Ensure the villa is clean, well-maintained, and ready to welcome guests.

Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other operational teams.

Supervise guest check-in and check-out processes.

Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally.

Conduct regular inspections of the villa before and after guest stays.

Report and coordinate any maintenance issues or damages with the relevant team.

Ensure company SOPs and service standards are properly followed.

Monitor villa amenities, supplies, and other operational needs.

Prepare regular reports regarding villa conditions and daily operations.

Maintain good communication and coordination between guests, the villa team, and management.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Villa Supervisor, Hotel Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor, or in a similar role.

Previous experience in hospitality, villa, or hotel operations is preferred.

Good leadership and team coordination skills.

Strong communication and guest service skills.

Able to handle guest complaints and operational issues professionally.

Good command of English.

Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work 8 hours per day with 1 day off per week.

Must currently be living in Bali and be willing to work in Uluwatu.
