Job summary

PT. Mowilex is seeking a dynamic Specifier Manager to provide technical and commercial support to the Sales team, focusing on securing project approvals in the Indonesia market.

You will maintain a up-to-date database of construction projects and architectural firms in the territory, and build relationships with consultants, architects, designers, and specifiers to influence specifications. The role includes training sessions, project mapping, and monitoring industry trends to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related major.
• Proven experience as a Specifier in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial support to assist the Sales team in securing project approvals.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of key construction projects and architectural firms within the assigned territory.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with consultants, architects, designers, and specifiers to influence project specifications.
• Conduct technical and commercial training sessions and seminars to enhance brand visibility and support channel sales through the architectural network.
• Identify and map high-potential projects within the assigned country.
• Monitor trends in the construction and coatings industry, using insights to promote solutions and concepts aimed at driving market growth.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve targets by securing specifications and sharing timely project updates to support successful deal closures.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts through regular visits, presentations, and participation in industry seminars.
• Organize regular meetings with leading architects, consultants, and project owners to present the company’s offerings, highlighting technical performance and key features.
