Job summary

LIXIL Indonesia seeks a Senior Specification Leader to influence developers, architects, and designers to specify LIXIL products into building designs. You will drive strategic specification plans and manage a specifier team across commercial and residential projects.

With a Bachelor’s in Architecture or Engineering and at least 3 years in specification or business development, you will build executive relationships, align with Sales and Product teams, and ensure project specification retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 3+ years of specifier exposure in building materials or construction.
• Fluent English with strong leadership and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the specifier team to drive performance.
• Develop and execute strategic specification plans for commercial and residential projects.
• Build executive relationships with developers, architects, and design consultants.
• Oversee lifecycle from design through tender and construction to ensure retention.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to align goals.
