Job summary

PT Mowilex Indonesia is seeking a high-potential Specifier to support the Sales team by securing project specifications and approvals. You will build relationships with consultants, architects, and design firms, and map key projects within the territory.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture, managerial specifier experience, fluency in English, and proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. You will deliver technical and commercial trainings and help drive market growth across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• Experience as a Specifier in a managerial capacity is required.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (3D).

Responsibilities

Identify and map high-potential projects within the assigned country.

Monitor trends in the construction and coatings industry, using insights to promote solutions and concepts aimed at driving market growth.

Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve targets by securing specifications and sharing timely project updates to support successful deal closures.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts through regular visits, presentations, and participation in industry seminars.

Organize regular meetings with leading architects, consultants, and project owners to present the company’s offerings, highlighting technical performance and key features.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Specifier in a managerial capacity

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (3D)
