Job summary

PT Mowilex Indonesia is seeking a high-potential Specifier to support the Sales team by securing project specifications and approvals. You will build relationships with consultants, architects, and design firms, and map key projects within the territory.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture, managerial specifier experience, fluency in English, and proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. You will deliver technical and commercial trainings and help drive market growth across Indonesia.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
Experience as a Specifier in a managerial capacity is required.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (3D).

Responsibilities

Provide technical and commercial support to assist the Sales team in securing project approvals.
Maintain an up-to-date database of key construction projects and architectural firms within the assigned territory.
Build and nurture relationships with consultants, architects, designers, and specifiers to influence project specifications.
Conduct technical and commercial training sessions and seminars to enhance brand visibility and support channel sales through the architectural network.
Identify and map high-potential projects within the assigned country.
Monitor trends in the construction and coatings industry to drive market growth.
Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve targets by securing specifications and sharing timely project updates.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts through regular visits and presentations.
Organize regular meetings with leading architects, consultants and project owners to present offerings.
