Qualifications

• Possesses a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or business administrator.
• Possesses initial experience in the sale of technical products requiring consultation.
• Strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills.
• Characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability, with a drive to deliver results.
• Target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts for spare parts inquiries, quotations, and sales activities.
• Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the primary contact for spare parts requirements.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable spare parts solutions to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and performance.
• Identify opportunities for spare parts replacement, modernization, and maintenance improvements that add value to the customer.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions to secure orders and achieve sales targets.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers by coordinating with internal teams and subject matter experts when required.
• Monitor customer equipment conditions, maintenance recommendations, and parts consumption trends to proactively propose solutions.
• Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales opportunities, customer communications, and account activities in company systems.
