Job summary

Otis is seeking a Service Sales Associate based in Bandung to manage spare parts sales and accounts across Bandung and West Java. You will identify customer needs, propose suitable spare parts solutions, and support growth through proactive management and value-added services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts for spare parts inquiries, quotations, and sales activities.
• Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the primary contact for spare parts requirements.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable spare parts solutions to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and performance.
• Identify opportunities for spare parts replacement, modernization, and maintenance improvements that add value to the customer.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions to secure orders and achieve sales targets.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers by coordinating with internal teams and subject matter experts when required.
• Monitor customer equipment conditions, maintenance recommendations, and parts consumption trends to proactively propose solutions.
• Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales opportunities, customer communications, and account activities in company systems.
