Job summary

Xiaomi Indonesia seeks a seasoned Spare Parts Operations Manager to oversee Indonesia's after-sales spare parts supply, including calculation, import, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and handling of defective items. You will ensure timely availability to service centers and drive cost efficiency by reducing shortages and related refunds or replacements.

• 5+ years in spare parts operations, supply chain planning, or inventory management in mobile/consumer electronics.
• At least 2 years in team management or ownership of related functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Indonesia after-sales spare parts supply, including parts calculation, import, warehousing, logistics transportation and distribution, and handling of defective items.
• Ensure timely supply of spare parts to meet maintenance time requirements of the after-sales service centers.
• Drive cost reduction and efficiency, minimizing refunds and replacements due to shortages.

Job description

• Responsible for the whole process of Indonesia after-sales spare parts supply, including spare parts calculation, import, warehousing management, logistics transportation, logistics distribution ,and the return and handling of defective items.
• Ensure the timely supply of spare parts to meet the maintenance time requirements of the after-sales service center.
• Reduce cost and increase efficiency, and reduce abnormal business such as refund and replacement caused by shortage of spare parts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Statistics, or related fields are preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in spare parts operations, supply chain planning, or inventory management within the mobile phone or consumer electronics sectors, including a minimum of 2 years in team management or independent ownership of relevant business functions.
• Strong capabilities in cross-departmental communication, supply coordination, and problem-solving; ability to drive the resolution of issues regarding parts shortages, delivery delays, and inventory anomalies through to closure.
