Job summary

XCMG Indonesia is seeking a spare parts planning specialist to collect, organize, and analyze demand data, and to prepare demand plans and procurement recommendations. You will ensure data completeness and timely submission.

Based at the XCMG Service Center in Cilincing, Jakarta Utara, the role requires 2+ years in procurement or planning, Mandarin and English fluency, and strong Excel/ERP skills to support planning and coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Material Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in spare parts procurement/planning, preferably in heavy equipment, automotive, or machinery industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, organizing and analyzing spare parts demand data; prepare demand plans and procurement recommendations.
• Prepare the spare parts plan submission, ensuring data is complete, accurate and submitted on time.
• Place orders based on the approved procurement plan, track plan review results, coordinate feedback and implement adjustments.
• Establish and maintain a plan ledger, regularly analyze implementation status and report problems promptly.
• Assist in optimizing the plan submission process and promote standardization, process optimization, and informatization.
• Maintain price data for each OEM for plan approval and historical purchase ledger.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the spare parts plan submission, ensuring the data is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
• Place orders based on the approved procurement plan, track the plan review results, coordinate feedback and implement adjustment measures
• Establish and maintain a plan ledger, regularly compile and analyze the implementation status, and report any problems in a timely manner
• Assist in optimizing the plan submission process and promote standardization, process optimization, and informatization
• Maintain price data for each OEM (for plan approval) and historical purchase price ledger
• Undertake other work tasks related to the plan assigned by the leader

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Material Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Experience in spare parts procurement/planning, preferably in the heavy equipment, automotive, or machinery industry.
• Good analytical, planning, and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP/SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
