Job summary

PT TSPM Flavor and Fragrance in Indonesia seeks a procurement specialist to manage spare parts and consumables for production, maintenance, and facilities. You will ensure timely availability, coordinate with suppliers, and optimize inventory to support smooth operations.

The role requires knowledge of machinery, factory spare parts, and strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is essential to maintain accurate records and drive cost

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
At least 1 year of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
Good knowledge of machinery and industrial spare parts.
Strong negotiation, administration, and vendor coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Procure spare parts and consumables based on production and maintenance requirements.
Source, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or excess stock.
Ensure spare-parts quality meets required specifications and standards.
Monitor procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain accurate procurement records and update ERP or purchasing systems.
