Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a meticulous Spare Part Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound warehouse processes for a high-volume spare parts environment in North Jakarta. You will ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch while maintaining inventory integrity across 3,000+ SKUs.

The role requires at least a bachelor's in supply chain or related field, 3+ years in warehousing, proficiency in Excel and WMS, and the ability to work on-site in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations, inventory management, or sparepart coordination.
• Proven experience with high-volume sparepart inventories (3,000+ SKUs).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and documentation.
• Proficient in Excel for reporting and inventory analysis.
• Familiar with WMS or digital inventory systems.
• English or Mandarin working proficiency preferred.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse inbound and outbound activities for accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Monitor and control inventory levels across 3,000+ SKUs.
• Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.
• Use WMS and Excel to track inventory movement and performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments on sparepart requests and delivery timelines.
• Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports including stock aging.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to productivity and control.
