Job summary

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, After-Sales Quality, or a related field.
• Experience in home appliance manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality control, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Manage factory spare parts inventory, records, stock monitoring, inbound/outbound verification, and optimization.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and identify slow-moving parts.
• Ensure spare parts availability to support production and after-sales while controlling costs.
• Coordinate spare parts requests, specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements with market and customer teams.
• Register, monitor, and follow up on customer and market product quality complaints until resolution.
• Lead quality control and quality improvement activities within the factory production process.

Job description

This role will coordinate with factory, internal teams, customers, and market teams to ensure quality issues are properly investigated, resolved, and prevented from recurring.

Key responsibilities

Manage factory spare parts inventory, including inventory records, stock monitoring, inbound/outbound verification, and inventory optimization

Conduct regular inventory checks and identify slow-moving or stagnant spare parts

Ensure spare parts availability to support production and after-sales requirements while controlling inventory costs

Coordinate with market and customer teams regarding spare parts requests, including specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements

Coordinate spare parts allocation, delivery follow-up, and information updates to ensure smooth supply

Receive, register, monitor, and follow up customer and market product quality complaints until resolution

Coordinate quality issue investigation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and effectiveness verification

Maintain quality issue records and ensure proper documentation and follow-up

Prevent recurrence of similar quality issues through corrective and preventive actions

Lead quality control and quality improvement activities within the factory production process

About you

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, After-Sales Quality, or a related field

Experience in home appliance manufacturing is highly preferred

Strong understanding of quality control, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes

Good problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously

Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate with customers and prepare English documentation

Experience in spare parts management or after-sales operations is an advantage

Mandarin proficiency is an advantage

Willing to be stationed at the factory
