Dijiwa Sanctuaries is seeking a Spa Supervisor to lead daily spa operations at The Wana Desa Tanah Lot, Bali. You will coordinate therapists, schedule treatments, and ensure the spa atmosphere reflects our sanctuary values while delivering Balinese-inspired wellness experiences for guests.

The role requires supervisory experience, spa therapy certification, and strong English communication to engage our international clientele.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a spa or wellness environment.
• Professional spa therapy certification from an accredited institution is required.
• Strong English communication skills are essential for serving our international guest base.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a spa or wellness environment, with hands‑on treatment delivery background. Professional spa therapy certification from an accredited institution is required. Strong English communication skills are essential for serving our international guest base. Additional language abilities are advantageous but not required.
