Ini Vie Hospitality seeks a dedicated Spa Therapist for its Denpasar, Bali spa. This full-time role delivers massages, facials and body treatments in a luxury hospitality setting on-site at our Denpasar location.

You will consult with guests, ensure high standards of hygiene and safety, and collaborate with spa and hospitality teams to create memorable wellness experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• A recognised qualification or certification in spa therapy, massage therapy or a related beauty and wellness discipline.
• Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist or similar role in hospitality, spa or luxury wellness environments.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, massage techniques, skincare products and wellness therapies.

About the role

Ini Vie Hospitality is seeking a talented and dedicated Spa Therapist to join our wellness team in Denpasar, Bali. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional spa and beauty treatments in a luxury hospitality environment. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a vital role in creating memorable wellness experiences for our guests, contributing directly to their relaxation, rejuvenation and overall satisfaction. This position is based on-site at our Denpasar location, where you will be an integral part of our spa operations and guest services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of therapeutic and relaxation spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments and holistic wellness services to guests
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene and safety in all spa procedures and treatment areas
• Consult with guests to understand their wellness needs, preferences and any health concerns before recommending and delivering appropriate treatments
• Perform treatments in a calm, professional and attentive manner, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction throughout each session
• Maintain detailed records of guest treatments, preferences and feedback to support personalised future visits
• Keep the spa environment clean, organised and welcoming, including maintaining treatment rooms, equipment and supplies
• Follow all company protocols, health and safety regulations, and treatment guidelines consistently
• Collaborate effectively with other spa team members and hospitality staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Stay current with spa and beauty industry trends, techniques and best practices through ongoing professional development

What we're looking for

• A recognised qualification or certification in spa therapy, massage therapy or a related beauty and wellness discipline
• Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist or similar role in a hospitality, spa or luxury wellness environment
• Strong knowledge of various spa treatments, massage techniques, skincare products and wellness therapies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and respond to guest needs with sensitivity and professionalism
• A genuine passion for wellness, guest care and creating positive, relaxing experiences
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform hand-on treatments throughout the day in a professional manner
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic hospitality environment, including willingness to work varied shifts as required
• A calm, patient and empathetic demeanour that puts guests at ease
• Preferred: Experience in a tropical resort or destination spa setting, familiarity with Balinese or Indonesian wellness traditions, and multilingual abilities
