Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive spa management experience.
• Experience with an international hotel chain is an advantage.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong guest service track record in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Sound business acumen including budgeting, cost control, revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness trends.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations including fitness centre, swimming pool and related wellness facilities.
• Lead and develop the spa and wellness team.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, hygiene, safety and facility presentation.
• Develop strategies to drive revenue, improve profitability, strengthen guest retention and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage departmental budgets, monitor financial performance, control operational costs and optimise staffing and resources.
• Oversee spa treatment menus, wellness programmes, service offerings and promotions.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement initiatives to improve satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to support cross-selling and seamless guest journeys.
• Manage scheduling, training and performance for the team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, brand guidelines and local regulations.
• Translate departmental strategy into daily execution with accountability.
