Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement; Spa management or wellness certification preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality desired.
• Strong leadership and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee spa, fitness centre, swimming pool operations and guest experiences.
• Lead and develop the spa and wellness team.
• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene and safety.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and guest retention.
• Manage budgets, costs and staffing resources.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest journeys.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and local regulations.
