Alchemy Wellness in Bali is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for guests. You will manage bookings, inquiries, check-ins, and payments while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

This role requires strong English communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a growing wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Receptionist/front desk/guest service roles is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor with a customer-service focus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable handling cash and basic administrative tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with booking or POS systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, appointments, and cancellations.
• Provide information about spa treatments, services, facilities, and promotions.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle payments and daily cashier/front desk transactions.
• Coordinate with therapists and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate booking records and guest information.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Follow Alchemy Wellness Spa's service standards, SOPs, and company policies.
