Job summary

AccorHotels Indonesia is seeking a Head Chef to lead daily kitchen operations at our Bali property. You will partner with the Executive Chef to maintain top quality, consistency and presentation while ensuring HACCP and hygiene standards are met.

You will lead, coach and motivate the kitchen team, manage food cost, inventory, and menu planning, and strive for guest satisfaction through precise attention to quality and detail.
