Job summary

AccorHotels Indonesia seeks an Operational Manager for Adriana Cocina & Bar to lead daily F&B operations, uphold guest service standards, and drive menu promotions and events.

You will monitor guest satisfaction, manage budgeting, inventory, and revenue strategies while developing the team and elevating brand standards across the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel, resort, upscale restaurant or high-volume F&B operation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, F&B products and cost control.
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, inventory and revenue management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong guest-service orientation and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Manage the daily operations of Adriana Cocina & Bar to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure consistently high standards of guest service, food quality, beverage quality, and presentation.
• Assist in menu planning, promotions, special events, and other initiatives to increase outlet revenue and guest engagement.
