Pax8 is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Indonesia to help MSPs unlock the power of Microsoft business applications, cloud innovation, and AI-driven solutions with technical guidance.

You will partner with sales and enablement teams, demonstrate AI-driven capabilities, and lead design discussions while ensuring a superior partner experience across Pax8's ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting cloud, technical consulting, or partner-focused tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Business Central).

Pax8 is hiring a Solutions Engineer (Microsoft Bizapp and AI) in Indonesia to help Managed Service Providers unlock the power of Microsoft business applications, cloud innovation, and AI-driven solutions through technical expertise and human-centred guidance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with Channel Account Managers to help drive technical conversations and solution adoption.
• Demonstrating the value of Microsoft business applications, AI technologies, security solutions, and cloud platforms in engaging and practical ways.
• Guiding partners through solution design, architecture discussions, and initial deployment planning.
• Supporting proof-of-concept activities that help partners confidently evaluate and adopt new technologies.
• Acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the partner lifecycle.
• Creating enablement materials including demonstrations, walkthroughs, guides, and knowledge-sharing content.
• Helping internal teams and partners stay up to date with platform developments, best practices, and innovation opportunities.
• Collaborating across sales, enablement, and technical teams to deliver an outstanding partner experience.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Proven experience supporting cloud, technical consulting, solution engineering, presales, or partner-focused technology environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 and Business Central.
• Demonstrated experience building, implementing, or supporting AI-enabled solutions.
• A portfolio or tangible examples that showcase your work with AI technologies.
• The ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts in a way that different audiences can easily understand.
• A naturally curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and emerging technology.
• Confidence troubleshooting within unfamiliar environments and finding practical solutions.
• A collaborative approach that balances technical expertise with outstanding customer experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to prioritise effectively and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
