Pax8 is seeking a Solutions Engineer (Microsoft BizApps and AI) to support Indonesian MSPs in adopting Microsoft business applications, cloud innovations, and AI-driven solutions. This role offers a technical leadership position at Pax8, enabling partners to realize measurable business outcomes without sales quotas.
Based in Indonesia, you will collaborate with channel managers, architects, and enablement teams to design and deploy modern Microsoft solutions while staying ahead of AI
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Business Applications incl. Dynamics 365 and Business Central.
- Experience building, configuring, or guiding AI-enabled solutions.
- Ability to explain complex tech in practical terms to varied audiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Channel Account Managers to drive technical conversations and solution adoption.
- Demonstrate value of Microsoft BizApps, AI, security, and cloud platforms in practical ways.
- Guide partners through solution design, architecture discussions, and deployment planning.
- Support proof-of-concept activities to help partners evaluate and adopt new technologies.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the partner lifecycle.
- Create enablement materials such as demonstrations, guides, and knowledge-sharing content.
- Keep internal teams and partners updated on platform developments and best practices.
- Collaborate across sales, enablement, and technical teams to deliver a great partner experience.

- Acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the partner lifecycle.
- Creating enablement materials including demonstrations, walkthroughs, guides, and knowledge‑sharing content.
- Helping internal teams and partners stay up to date with platform developments, best practices, and innovation opportunities.
- Collaborating across sales, enablement, and technical teams to deliver an outstanding partner experience.
Your expertise will help partners confidently embrace modern Microsoft technologies and AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Proven experience supporting cloud, technical consulting, solution engineering, presales, or partner‑focused technology environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 and Business Central.
- Demonstrated experience building, implementing, or supporting AI‑enabled solutions.
- A portfolio or tangible examples that showcase your work with AI technologies.
- The ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts in a way that different audiences can easily understand.
- A naturally curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and emerging technology.
- Confidence troubleshooting within unfamiliar environments and finding practical solutions.
- A collaborative approach that balances technical expertise with outstanding customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise effectively and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
