Arbeit is seeking a Pre-Sales Executive to support growth across the Asian market by bridging customer needs with Cyber Security & IT solutions. You will engage with customers to understand requirements, deliver demonstrations, and design tailored solutions in collaboration with Sales and Delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in Pre-Sales or related roles, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and able to translate business challenges into technical proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, Solution Consulting, or Sales Engineering.
• Experience in Cyber Security, Network Security, Cloud Security, IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, or Digital Transformation.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Able to translate business challenges into technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Conduct solution discussions, workshops, and technical presentations.
• Design and propose Cyber Security & IT solutions.
• Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposals, SoW, and cost estimations.
• Deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery Teams, OEMs, and Technology Partners.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and business expansion.
