PT Ace Medical Products Indonesia is seeking a Software Engineer to provide technical support for the MES, WMS, and Ethylene Oxide (ETO) Sterilization System. You will develop and enhance features in C# and .NET desktop applications (WinForms/WPF) and optimize SQL Server performance.

Based at KITB, Batang, Central Java, Indonesia, the ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in CS/IT/SE, has at least one year of experience, is fluent in Mandarin, and can collaborate with Chinese and Indonesian teams

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Software Engineer/Developer.
• Proficient in C# and .NET desktop development (WinForms/WPF).
• Strong SQL Server knowledge (queries, stored procedures, troubleshooting).
• Familiar with APIs and system integration.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Mandarin fluency (spoken and written).

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Ethylene Oxide (ETO) Sterilization System. Develop and enhance system features using C# and .NET based on business and operational needs, perform system maintenance, fix bugs, and optimize application and SQL Server database performance.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Ethylene Oxide (ETO) Sterilization System

About you

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Software Engineer/Developer

Proficient in C# and .NET desktop application development (WinForms/WPF)

Strong working knowledge of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, and troubleshooting)

Familiar with APIs and system integration

Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)

Able to work with Chinese and Indonesian teams

Willing to be based at KITB (Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang), Central Java
