Job summary

PT Ace Medical Products Indonesia is seeking a Software Engineer to provide technical support for the MES, WMS, and Ethylene Oxide (ETO) Sterilization System. You will develop and enhance features in C# and .NET desktop applications (WinForms/WPF) and optimize SQL Server performance.

Based at KITB, Batang, Central Java, Indonesia, the ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in CS/IT/SE, has at least one year of experience, is fluent in Mandarin, and can collaborate with Chinese and Indonesian teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Software Engineer/Developer.
• Proficient in C# and .NET desktop development (WinForms/WPF).
• Strong SQL Server knowledge (queries, stored procedures, troubleshooting).
• Familiar with APIs and system integration.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Mandarin fluency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the MES, WMS, and ETO Sterilization System.
• Develop and enhance system features using C# and .NET based on business needs.
• Perform system maintenance, fix bugs, and optimize application and SQL Server database performance.
• Collaborate with users and related departments to ensure smooth system operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor and support daily system activities to ensure business processes run without interruption.
• Coordinate with the Chinese technical team on system issues, updates, and new requirements.
