Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS or related field (D3/D4/S1).
• Minimum 1 year of programming in the manufacturing industry.
• ERP experience: building, customizing, implementing ERP systems.
• Proficient in PHP and CodeIgniter.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Knowledge of Git version control.
• Knowledge of FileMaker is a plus.

About the role
PT Quality Works is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Lamongan, East Java. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that support our manufacturing. You will play a crucial part in driving technological innovation and optimisation across our organisation, ensuring that our systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with our business objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

ERP Development: Formulate business requirements, design, and implement ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems across the company.

Database & System Monitoring: Monitor data traffic, optimize database volumes, and maintain system performance and reliability.

Quality & User Experience: Ensure all software products and systems are fully functional, stable, secure, and user-friendly for operational staff.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Associate's Degree (D3) / Applied Bachelor's (D4) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Programmer/Developer in the manufacturing industry.

ERP Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in building, customizing, and implementing ERP systems.

Programming Skills: Proficient in PHP and the CodeIgniter framework.

Database Management: Proficient in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), specifically PostgreSQL and MySQL.

Tools & Versioning: Solid understanding of Version Control Systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred Qualification: Knowledge or experience with FileMaker is a strong plus.

Key Attributes: Highly motivated with the drive and adaptability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly.
