Job summary
Sociolla is seeking a dynamic Content & Social Media Executive to lead end-to-end content production for its upcoming Own Brand, from concepting to editing and on-screen talent.
You will analyze social media insights, stay ahead of trends on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, and collaborate with teams across the company to deliver authentic, engaging content in both Bahasa and English.
Qualifications
- Experience producing social media content from concept to editing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa and English.

Job description
- Executing content production process from concepting, ideation, shooting, editing, and also acting as on-screen talent for one of Lilla’s upcoming Own Brand
- Analyze social media account and content insights for reporting purposes
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
- Strong content writing skills and proficiency in video editing using CapCut, VN, or similar editing applications.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functionally with other departments
- Familiar with using Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Active and up-to-date with social media trends
- Experience in the mom and baby industry, or healthcare industry is preferable
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Great written and verbal communication skills, both in Bahasa and English.
