Job summary

Sociolla is hiring a Genpink KAE to manage Baby/Beauty store channels, driving Nett revenue and coordinating with distributors and Trade Marketing to ensure promos and visibility. Placement is available in Jakarta Barat, Medan, and Makassar.

You will lead field sales teams and build strong retailer relationships, focusing on distribution, availability, and promo execution. The role requires 3+ years in GT/FMCG, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a solid understanding of retail and the baby

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience managing General Trade customers.
• Experience in FMCG; baby/beauty category preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Results-oriented with drive to achieve business objectives.
• Good understanding of the retail business model and the baby products industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage business in all Baby/Beauty store channel to achieve Nett revenue sales target.
• Develop sales fundamentals in all Baby/Beauty store channel: distribution, availability, visibility, and promo execution.
• Lead and coach field sales team: SPG and Salesman.
• Partner with Trade Marketing Team to create effective and efficient promotion calendar & BTL activities in Baby/Beauty channels.
• Partner with distributor team to follow up operational issues: delivery, return and AR.

Job description
