Job summary

Somethinc - BeautyHaul is seeking a proactive social media content specialist to plan and execute compelling content for our beauty brands. You will collaborate with the creative team to manage the brand's social channels and craft copy that resonates with diverse audiences.

Ideal candidates are comfortable on camera, up-to-date with beauty trends, and proficient in CapCut or VN for video edits. This is a full-time on-site role at our Jakarta Barat office in Kembangan.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling social media and copywriting.
• Experience at a creative agency or beauty company.
• Up to date with beauty industry trends and persuasive writing.
• Beauty enthusiast with extroverted personality and unique writing voice.
• Comfortable in front of a camera.
• Skilled in basic video editing (CapCut / VN).
• Willing to work from the office in Kembangan, Jakarta Barat.

Responsibilities

• Create plans and execute social media content strategies for Somethinc.
• Monitor and review created content.
• Manage brand social media with the creative team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to produce advertising posts.
• Track and report social media insights like traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Create plans and execute them related to the social media content for Somethinc.
• Conduct monitoring and reviews related to the created content.
• Manage the social media for the brand in collaboration with the creative team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events, open roles & product releases).
• Track & report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates).

Requirements:

• Has experience in handling social media & content writing copywriting.
• Has experience working at a creative agency or beauty company.
• Up to date with the trend especially in Beauty Industry, knows how to use catchy words to persuade viewers.
• Beauty enthusiast, extroverted, & has a unique writing personality.
• Comfortable being in front of a camera.
• Skilled in simple video-editing (Capcut / VN).
• Willing to Work From Office (Kembangan, Jakarta Barat).
