Job summary

Sociolla is hiring a UI/UX Designer to translate requirements into compelling interfaces in Indonesia. You will collaborate with Product Managers, create UX designs, prototypes, and iterate based on feedback. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Figma are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including experience creating and maintaining design systems.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy, with a passion for exploring new design tools, trends, and processes.
• Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, or user interviews is a plus.
