Job summary

Sociolla is seeking a product manager to own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and creating PRD, user stories, workflows, and documentation for development teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, leading planning, UAT, and release coordination to ensure timely delivery. Monitor KPIs, conduct market research, and drive product strategy for impactful results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field.
• 1–4 years of professional experience in Product Management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multi-priority handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of cross-functional collaboration.

Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, users, and data insights.

Create PRD, user stories, workflows, work instruction and clear product documentation for development teams

Collaborate closely with stakeholder and cross function team

Prepare and deliver the product as per requirement and users expectation

Monitor product performance, user feedback, and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.

Lead feature planning, sprint discussions, UAT, and release coordination to ensure timely delivery.

Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to support product strategy and innovation when needed.

Ensure delivered solutions provide strong user experience, business impact, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

1–4 years of professional experience, preferably in Product Management from any industry

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
