Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive in Indonesia to expand our merchant base by promoting and installing EDC machines for SMEs. You will drive sales growth and build strong merchant relationships to deliver seamless payment solutions.

In this role you will identify new sales opportunities, negotiate deals, meet targets, and collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings based on merchant feedback and market insights.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must own motorcycle with SIM C license.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing preferred.
• Track record in cigarette sales, order-taking, internet or oil sectors.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills for merchant relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to install EDC machines among SMEs.
• Negotiate with clients to generate sales and secure deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines.
• Provide service and support to merchants and address concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights.
• Document and report sales activities and market feedback.
