BukuWarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive in Indonesia to expand merchant reach by promoting and installing EDC machines and enhancing transaction capabilities for SMEs. You will drive sales growth and manage relationships with existing merchants.

The role requires mobility by motorcycle, field sales experience, and a track record in achieving targets. You will negotiate deals, report market feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must own motorcycle and hold SIM C license.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing.
• Proven track record in sectors like cigarette sales, order-taking, internet, or oil.
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for merchant relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to expand EDC installations among SMEs.
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines.
• Provide exceptional service and support to merchants, facilitating smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and improve product offerings.
• Document and report sales activities and market feedback to refine strategies.
