Monee is seeking an SMB Key Account Specialist - Monee Credit in Jakarta to own the SMB merchant portfolio across activation, growth, and retention. You will drive SPayLater adoption and merchant engagement in the region, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to execute scalable programs.

• Fresh graduates welcome with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, banking, or related fields preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields like Business, Economics or Finance.
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking to decode business performance.
• Identify opportunities and translate insights into initiatives.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to boost productivity and insights.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Comfortable working with data to support business decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own performance, growth, and targets of the SMB merchant portfolio in the region.
• Drive revenue and market share by analyzing portfolio performance and initiatives.
• Increase SPayLater adoption and usage in the assigned region.
• Activate inactive/low-transaction merchants via scalable programs.
• Develop regional growth initiatives based on market opportunities.
• Ensure visibility of SPayLater at outlets with POSM and branding.
• Monitor and optimize program execution, gaps, and effectiveness.
• Segment and prioritize portfolio for high-potential outlets and growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Finance, Legal, and regional teams.
