Job summary

Monee is a leading digital payments and financial services provider in Southeast Asia, with a growing presence in Latin America. This role focuses on monitoring SMB credit product performance and translating data into actionable insights to drive portfolio growth.

You will collaborate with Business Development and Field teams, develop dashboards and regular performance reports, and translate business objectives into measurable KPIs for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Operations and Analytics, Project Management, Fintech, or Digital Platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Experience using SQL, Tableau, or similar analytical tools would be highly preferred.
• Knowledge of credit business metrics such as activation, utilization, and portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze SMB credit product performance, including loan disbursement, merchant acquisition, activation, utilization, portfolio growth, and repayment trends.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify business growth opportunities, merchant behavior, and portfolio performance improvement areas.
• Develop regular performance reports, dashboards, and business reviews to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Field teams to evaluate merchant performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize credit product adoption.
• Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs, performance targets, and actionable initiatives to drive SMB credit portfolio growth.
• Analyze merchant segmentation, credit utilization, and retention trends to identify opportunities for product and business optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to execute business initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and monitor performance against targets.
• Develop analytical frameworks and streamline reporting processes to improve business visibility, decision-making, and overall portfolio performance.
