Requirements include 1–2 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree (Law/Politics/Economics preferred), and fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English. A strong sense of ownership and accuracy is essential.

• Prepare, consolidate, and submit statistical reports to regulators and other authorities.

• Support regulatory and internal audits with documentation and follow-ups.
• Conduct regulatory research and gap analyses between regulations and practices.

• Manage the processing of licenses and obtain necessary approvals for business activities from relevant government authorities.
• Prepare, consolidate, and submit statistical reports to regulators and other relevant government institutions in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Ensure that corporate activities, decisions, and business practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide compliance guidance and contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of business projects and initiatives.
• Support regulatory and internal audits by preparing relevant documentation, coordinating audit requirements, and facilitating follow-up actions.
• Conduct regulatory research and develop gap analyses to identify discrepancies between applicable regulations and existing business practices.
• Perform compliance assurance activities based on identified gaps to evaluate regulatory adherence and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver compliance awareness programs, socialization sessions, and training initiatives for internal stakeholders to promote a strong compliance culture.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Law, Political Science, or Economics.
