Job summary

World Resources Institute in Jakarta is seeking a Consultant as Project Implementation Assistant to support the Indonesia Super Pollutant Unit. The role focuses on administrative and operational tasks, stakeholder engagement, and coordination across government partners and development actors.

The position is based in Jakarta with a hybrid work arrangement and travel as required. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in project administration, strong writing and documentation skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental studies, environmental science, public policy, international development, social sciences, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in project administration, program coordination, project support, or related field.
• Familiarity with climate change, air quality, environmental policy, or super pollutant issues is an advantage.
• Experience supporting donor-funded programs, multi-stakeholder initiatives, or projects with government institutions and development partners is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for program implementation under SLCP Technical Unit Senior Lead.
• Maintain project work plans, activity trackers, deliverable records, and other documentation.
• Prepare terms of reference, briefing notes, presentations, progress updates, and other program materials.
• Consolidate program updates, technical inputs, activity summaries, and supporting information for progress/donor reporting.
• Maintain organized repository of program documents, meeting records, and correspondence.
• Track progress against annual work plan, flag delays and challenges to SLCP Senior Lead.
• Prepare periodic reports per CCAC guidance and Senior Lead.
