Job summary

WRI Indonesia is seeking a Project Implementation Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and coordination support for the Indonesia Super Pollutant Unit. The role focuses on maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and supporting stakeholder engagement, with a hybrid work arrangement in Jakarta.

You will work with the SLCP Technical Unit Senior Lead and collaborate with government counterparts and development partners to ensure timely deliverables and accurate materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental studies, environmental science, public policy, international development, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant project administration or coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for program implementation under the SLCP Technical Unit Senior Lead.
• Maintain project work plans, trackers, deliverable records, and documentation.
• Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and progress updates.
