A multinational Food & Beverage company is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – CSA & MEP to join its project team in Purwakarta, West Java. You will oversee civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works on site, ensuring safety and conformance with drawings and the project schedule.

The role is full-time, on-site, with a 24-month contract, working Monday–Saturday, based in Purwakarta. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working English are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering.
• Proven civil construction supervision in industrial buildings.
• Ability to read and interpret civil/structural/MEP drawings.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction standards and safety practices.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia with working English.

Aufgaben

A multinational Food & Beverage company is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – CSA & MEP to join its project team in Purwakarta, West Java.

The role will be responsible for overseeing civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works on site, ensuring construction activities are carried out safely, according to approved drawings and specifications, and in line with the project schedule.

Employment Type: Contract 24 Months

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily site supervision across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.

Inspect construction activities against approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and inspection & test plans.

Monitor construction quality and witness key inspection and testing activities.

Supervise both CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) and MEP works.

Identify and raise non-conformance reports (NCRs), follow up corrective actions, and ensure timely close-out.

Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and highlight delays or potential risks.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant project stakeholders on site activities and interfaces.

Review RFIs, shop drawings, and method statements for buildability.

Verify site quantities and progress claims together with the project QS team.

Maintain daily site diaries, inspection records, progress reports, punch lists, and as-built documentation.

Support testing, commissioning, handover, and relevant regulatory inspections.

Ensure contractors comply with construction safety requirements and stop unsafe work when necessary.

Requirements

Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering backgrounds may also be considered with proven civil construction supervision experience.

Minimum 7 years of experience in building construction, including at least 3 years supervising industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, or utility buildings.

Proven experience supervising both civil/structural and MEP works on an industrial-scale project.

Able to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.

Good understanding of Indonesian construction standards and site practices.

Strong knowledge of K3 / SMKK and construction safety practices.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working proficiency in English.

Willing to work full‑time on site in Purwakarta, West Java, 6 days per week.

Strong integrity and able to comply with conflict‑of‑interest and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, dairy, pharmaceutical, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing facilities.

Experience with hygienic construction and food‑grade facility requirements.

Experience with high‑bay or ASRS warehouse construction.

SKK Konstruksi certification in building works or equivalent MEP qualification.

K3 certification, such as Ahli K3 Umum or SKK Ahli Muda K3 Konstruksi.

Experience with PBG, SLF, Disnaker inspections, and PLN connection/SLO.

Previous experience working on the owner's representative or consultant/supervision side.

Experience working with foreign contractors or equipment vendors.

Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera P6, AutoCAD, BIM/Navisworks, or digital inspection tools.

Based in or willing to relocate to Purwakarta/Karawang.

Possession of a valid SIM A.
