Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK Teknik (D3/S1 Civil Engineering or Architecture preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as Supervisor or Foreman in building construction projects.
• Understand working drawings, shop drawings, and construction technical specifications.
• Able to lead and supervise field teams (foremen and workers).
• Detail-oriented, firm, and focused on quality and timeliness.
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
• Master basic construction K3 principles.
• Willing to work full time at project location.
• Experience in luxury residential projects (preferred).
• Able to read and understand RAB and work volume (preferred).
• Familiar with construction quality standards (SNI or company standards) (preferred).
• Possess driver's license and able to drive vehicles (preferred).
