Job summary
A multinational Food & Beverage company is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – CSA & MEP to join its project team in Purwakarta, West Java. You will oversee civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works on site, ensuring safety and conformance with drawings and the project schedule.
The role is full-time, on-site, with a 24-month contract, working Monday–Saturday, based in Purwakarta. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working English are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering.
- Proven civil construction supervision in industrial buildings.
- Ability to read and interpret civil/structural/MEP drawings.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction standards and safety practices.
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia with working English.
Responsibilities
- Oversee civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works on site.
- Ensure construction activities comply with drawings, specs, and schedules.
- Maintain site diaries, inspection records, and progress reports.
- Identify NCRs and drive corrective actions to close.
- Monitor quality and witness inspections/tests.
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders on site.
- Support testing, commissioning, handover, and regulator inspections.
- Enforce safety and stop unsafe work.
