About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing team in Semarang, Central Java. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. As Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Your technical expertise and on-site leadership will be essential in delivering high-quality structural and civil engineering projects that meet our clients' expectations and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to monitor work progress and identify any deviations from design specifications
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labourers to ensure efficient project execution
• Maintain accurate records of construction progress, daily reports, and site documentation
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site to protect all personnel and stakeholders
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns
• Resolve on-site technical issues and implement corrective measures to maintain project schedules
• Verify material quality and ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials
• Prepare site handover documentation and final reports upon project completion
