• Strong attention to detail in schedules, progress readings and budget analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites across Indonesia to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, safety procedures, and site regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to optimize progress and resolve issues.
• Monitor schedules, progress readings, and budget allocations to keep projects on track.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Indonesia.

The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at any construction site throughout Indonesia, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, on time, and according to plan.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer or equivalent.

Proven work experience as a Site Supervisor in a construction company minimum 2 years.

Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Good analytical and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail in schedule, progression reading and budget analysis.

Understand to operate AutoCad, preparing Shop drawings and Time Schedule.

Familiarity with field monitoring tools and equipment.
