NEXA UNIVERSE DEVELOPMENT BALI is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Site Manager for an on-site role in Ubud, Bali. You will oversee planning, execution and completion of construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and high-quality standards.

The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors and managing risk and safety across sites. Based in Gianyar/Bali, the position is full-time and on-site in Ubud.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of project management or site management experience in construction.
• Strong track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and safety regulations.
• Experience with multi-phase or large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

PROJECT MANAGER/SITE MANAGER ( UBUD-BALI)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Site Manager to join NEXA UNIVERSE DEVELOPMENT BALI in Gianyar Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site in Ubud, Bali, where you will oversee the planning, execution and completion of construction projects. As Project Manager/Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind successful project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role is central to our operations and directly impacts our reputation and business success.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception through to final completion
• Manage project budgets, timelines and resources to ensure efficient delivery and cost control
• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, including labour, equipment and material management
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments and compliance records
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing corrective actions as required
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations and company policies
• Manage stakeholder communications and keep all parties informed of project progress and any issues
• Lead and motivate site teams, promoting a culture of safety, professionalism and excellence
• Control project variations and maintain accurate records of changes and their financial impact

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in project management or site management within the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes and safety regulations applicable in Indonesia
• Experience managing large-scale or multi-phase construction projects
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia or other local languages is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions in challenging situations
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Balinese or Indonesian construction practices and local supplier networks is preferred
