Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in on-site management in construction projects.
• Must be able to spend the entire working day on site and read construction drawings.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the work on site, including equipment and personnel (direct employees and subcontractors).
• Organize and manage the work on site.
• Follow construction plans and drawings provided by the chief engineer.
• Ensure quality and quantity meet standards.
• Maintain construction sequence and processes.
• Complete site construction on time with high quality.
