Job summary

SMN Group is seeking a Site Acquisition professional to manage issues, negotiate leases, and coordinate with stakeholders for Colocation projects in Jakarta. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel more than 50% of the time.

As part of a fast-paced telecom environment, you will engage with landowners, communities, and government bodies to ensure compliant permits and smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in site acquisition, lease negotiations, securing community permits, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, Law, or related field.
• Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Resolve site issues related to trouble tickets by coordinating with landowners, communities, and tenants.

What You Will Do:

• Responsible resolved site issues related to trouble ticket raised by others department and/or tenant by negotiating to land owner, community, etc.
• Negotiating to respective stakeholder regarding Colocation projects.
• Coordinate with other departments to update the site problem solving process.
• Build, maintain relationship and communicate with other external parties including government or non-government organization.
• Process, solving and manage all the issues related to community/in field issues.
• Collaborate with other departments and respective stakeholders to ensure the process runs smoothly.
• Collaborate to internal team and others department to align strategies, resolve issues, and ensure data and system accuracy.
• Liaises with land owner and/or community to solved any problems related to company
• operational activities.

What You Will Need:

• Have 2-6 years of experiences in Site acquisition, negotiating lease agreements, securing community permits, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications/ Civil engineering/ Law or related field of study.
• Have good communication, reporting and presentation skill.
• Able to handle a travel schedule of over 50%.
• Have knowledge of basic HSE.
