Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in site acquisition, lease negotiations, securing community permits, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, Law, or related field.
• Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Resolve site issues related to trouble tickets by coordinating with landowners, communities, and tenants.
• Negotiate with stakeholders on Colocation projects.
• Coordinate with other departments to update the site problem solving process.
• Build and maintain relationships with external parties including government or NGOs.
