Job summary

Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. in Jakarta seeks an experienced Project Manager with a strong operations background to oversee FTTH network deployment across Indonesia.

The role manages contracts, network operations, field operations, and supply chain, planning end-to-end delivery of distributed-network programs. The candidate will coordinate OSS/BSS readiness, WBS, schedules, and cost controls while leading multi-functional teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or PM-related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred.
• Professional English and native Bahasa Indonesia required.
• Solid experience managing telecom infrastructure or utility programs.
• Experience leading multi-functional and contractor-based regional delivery.
• Knowledge on program controls, WBS, scheduling, risk, change, and cost management.
• Experience with OLT, OSP, GIS, NOC, and telecom deployment lifecycle.
• Contractual governance and performance reporting experience.
• Availability for travel and field work.

Responsibilities

• Translate agreements into the integrated baseline scope, schedule, budget, and resource plan.
• Lead cross-functional planning and weekly performance reviews.
• Manage regional ramp-up and contracted OSP capacity against demand.
• Control milestones, critical path, risks, changes, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate readiness of OSS/BSS, GIS, NOC, vendors, warehouses, and field processes.
• Establish an executable and controlled operating plan.
• Resolve dependencies and maintain delivery pace.
• Provide sufficient capacity without uncontrolled fixed cost.
• Protect contractual commitments and business outcomes.
• Enable stable operational launch and scale.
• Support timely, evidence-based governance.
• Maintain safe and compliant execution.

Who we are looking for:

For our Indonesia location (Jakarta) We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong Operations Management background and proven experience in FTTH network deployment across Indonesia. The role will oversee Contract Management, Network Operations, Field Operations, and Supply Chain.

Your main misson would be to plan and control end-to-end delivery of the distributed-network program, integrating contracts, engineering, network services, field deployment, supply chain, quality, cost, schedule, and compliance

This role is mostly hybrid, a combination between remote and customer site work
