Detailed Job Description:

As a Project Manager / IPRAN Engineer supporting transmission, RAN, and fiber optic OSP implementation at XLSMART Tower in South Jakarta, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of end-world telecommunications project execution, contractor management, and site rollouts. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading the implementation of transmission and RAN infrastructure projects, managing fiber optic Outside Plant (OSP) and IP Radio Access Network (IPRAN) deployments, leading multi-domain work teams and external contractors, and ensuring smooth project milestone execution. You will draft comprehensive written status reports, communicate technical updates effectively to stakeholders, and maintain strict adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Furthermore, you will coordinate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, resolve site bottlenecks, and manage project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of transmission, RAN, fiber optic OSP, and IPRAN infrastructure projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven practical experience in the implementation of transmission and RAN projects, with specialized expertise in fiber optic OSP and IPRAN deployment.
